To make the shopping experience seamless for our clients, we partner with GIG Logistics to handle our deliveries nationwide. This gives both parties assurance that the item is in safe hands. GIG Logistics provides a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time. The buyer handles the delivery payment.
The estimated shipping cost depends on the total value of the item purchased, usually between 10% and 20%. Alternatively, you can send a relative or representative to walk into our Ikeja showroom and make the purchase on your behalf.
Store Pickup & Inspection

Our physical showroom is located at Shop B06, GSM Plaza, 8A Otigba Street, Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos 100271. Walk-in visits are welcome Monday through Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM).

Every laptop sold at Technocrat comes with our verified 30-day comprehensive hardware replacement warranty covering motherboard, power delivery circuits, keyboard, and screen hardware faults. Our in-house technical team is on standby in Ikeja to assist with any warranty claims.
Nationwide Tracked Dispatch
Every parcel is securely packaged in dual-layer bubble wrap, assigned an official GIG tracking code, and dispatched upon verified payment.
